In prayer, the mind is very important; the mind must be strong to keep from falling off.
FOUR WAYS IN WHICH OUR PRAYERS CAN FAIL.
1 External worrier, when we worry in our lives, our prayer is an attack, you want to pray but the mind won’t let you.
Build Your Faith- People who have faith will not worry, even if they face trials and temptations; faith will give them rest. faith will not speak natural language, but it will speak God’s language. because God is in charge,
if there is any disruption in your prayer life, ask the spirit of God to help you rebuild your faith.
2 Distraction, there are so many things in our minds, you can think a thousand things in a second, we will be praying very instantly, but suddenly we will move to a different thought, our mind is like a pattern and it connects and moves on like a chain.
Learn to praise God; praising God is a tool for building a powerful mind. To overcome distraction, we must cultivate a prayer life.
3 Lack of consistency. not a consistent prayer life You pray for a specific period of time, but after some time, we are satisfied with the prayer and call it off. We must become more consistent in our prayer and daily lives.
Experiment with increasing your prayer time.
We have to strengthen our minds, set a time, and say, “I am going to pray for a specific period of time.”
4. Privatization, we private our prayer only services or Sundays on occasion, we connect with God only when we arrive at church for worship, and then we disconnect.
We need to build a relationship with God in order to have even contact even if we are outside in our day-to-day lives. Many people pray, but many do not have a relationship with God.
Our prayer comes last, after we finish our daily chores and only talk to God at the end of the day, if we have time. However, if we have a relationship with gods, that will not be our experience. We love to pray…we won’t realize how much time has passed.
As Christians, it is essential that we exercise prayer in our daily lives. Learn to talk to Jesus even if you are doing your daily chores, in order to maintain a continuous conversation with God.
Maintain an active prayer life at all times, and may God grant us grace.
